Sweden has near-universal English fluency, so Swedish users match easily with anyone - and Swedish itself is hard to practise for the same reason the Dutch problem exists. Winter darkness is long here and chat traffic climbs measurably through it, which is not a coincidence anyone in Sweden would dispute.
